What is your turnaround time on customer service requests?

Our goal is to return your supplements within 24hrs. However, with creditors tightening up their procedures due to privacy concerns, there may be instances when a creditor requires that our request for an update or verification be sent by mail or by fax with the borrower’s authorization to release information. Rest assured that CCI will make every attempt to obtain the information in the most expeditious manner possible.

How do I order a supplement or request service on a credit report?
It’s simple. Just open up the credit file and click on Order Supplement. Or, view the report by clicking on PREQ. Then click on the tradeline(s) you wish to have updated. If you have accompanying documentation to send you may do this via fax. By ordering your supplements online, you will be able to track your request all the way to completion. We’ll also e-mail you when your request has been completed.

I just updated/supplemented information on a CCI tri-merge report. Why didn’t the credit score(s) change?

Supplements reflect a change to the CCI report data only and are typically done at he request of a client to satisfy a funding condition. To impact credit scores updates/additions/deletions must take place at credit bureau level.

Do you provide a re-scoring or expedited credit bureau correction service?

Yes. CCI’s Rapid ReScore service allows you to correct legitimate errors as well as the updating of an account’s status in as little as 3 business days. CCI facilitates this process directly with the three national credit bureaus and specific documentation must be obtained by you with the help of your borrower.
